Dr. and Mrs. Hugh Hemsley Restricted Scholarship

The Dr. and Mrs. Hugh Hemsley Restricted Scholarship is awarded to a third or fourth year medical student who has indicated an interest in emergency medicine. They must demonstrate experience as a first responder (EMT, Police Officer, Firefighter; Volunteer or Paid) in the past five years. The recipient needs to present documentation of his/her experience and provide a brief essay of 250 words or less describing their experience as a first responder. Recipient must be in good academic standing.
