The Colpitts Family Fund

The Colpitts Family Fund scholarship is awarded to a first-year student enrolled in the MD program at EVMS with demonstrated financial need, and in good academic standing. The student must be a Hampton Roads resident (to include Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth) defined as having graduated from a high school and/or college in the region. If there is no student from Hampton Roads who meets the criteria, the Office of Financial Aid may select a student with established Virginia residency. The scholarship is renewable.
