Stenberg Family Scholarship

Second year MD student who qualifies as disadvantaged as defined by the AAMC and identified in the student’s AACAS application. Student must demonstrate financial need and be in good academic and professional standing. The scholarship may be renewable and awarded in conjunction with another scholarship, with the exception of full tuition scholarships. In the event that two or more students identified as disadvantaged have the same or very similar financial needs, preference will be given to the student who self-identified as first generation, in addition to disadvantaged. If no student identifies as such, the committee may use essay written on their AMCAS as discerning factor.
