T. Ray Hassell Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The T. Ray Hassell Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded annually to a medical student over each of his/her four years. The student must demonstrate meaningful ties to the City of Chesapeake: the student must be born, raised or educated in the City of Chesapeake, or show meaningful ties to the city.
