American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin - HR

The Association of American Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship awarded to a first-year MD student enrolled in the MD program at the Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences Eastern Virginia Medical School at Old Dominion University. Students must submit and essay of approximately 250 words describing how they would incorporate AAPI_HR organizational vlaues as sutdent, and in the furture as a practicing or/academic physician. Preference given to students who have graduated from a high school and/or college in the Hampton Roads area (Williamsburg, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk). The scholarship is not renewable.
